# Peakout: the whole site > B2B websites and growth engines, built as one. Every page of https://www.peakout.com, as Markdown, in the order https://www.peakout.com/llms.txt lists them. Each page opens with its address; cite that, not this file. --- Source: https://www.peakout.com/ # GTM website studio for B2B We design and build websites around your go-to-market strategy, on a stack your team can run with or without us. They fail because nobody decided what they should say. Our approach ## That's where we start. Strategy comes first, and every page gets a clear goal before it gets a design or a line of code. What we do ## One process, from the first workshop to launch day Each service works on its own. Together they work better, because each one is built on the decisions of the one before. 01 ### Strategy We turn your business goals into positioning and a plan for the site, down to what each page does. It's all handed over in files your team and AI tools can use. - Brand strategy & positioning - Messaging & tone of voice - Competitor research - Current site & SEO audit - Sitemap & wireframes 02 ### Brand & design An identity that sets you apart and a site that carries it, from type and color to the smallest button. All of it built as one system, ready to grow. - Visual identity - Brand guidelines - UX & UI design - Design system & components - Visual assets & motion 03 ### Build & handover Clean code on the right stack, from the CMS to the agents that build new pages. Your team ships on its own, or we stay on and ship with you. - Astro, Webflow or custom development - CMS setup & migrations - Technical SEO & AEO - Analytics & CRM integrations - Training & handover After launch ## A site your team can change by asking for it. The site is agentic, so your team just asks for a new page. An agent builds it from your own design system, the checks run, and a person approves it before anything goes live. Option 1 ### Run it yourself Your team owns the site from day one, along with the design system and the rules that keep every new page on brand. Nothing waits on a developer or an agency. Option 2 ### Run it with us We join your Slack and work as part of your team. Send a request, and the people who built the site turn it around, or review what your team made. Recent work ## Selected projects and their results ### Open Wearables Open Wearables: Agentic website with full team autonomy Open Wearables home page: wearable data that never leaves your cloud Open Wearables: the Wearable API, from clone to production, and data residency Open Wearables: connect the devices your users already own, with the supported providers Open Wearables: the Garmin integration and the pricing for running it in your own cloud - Web design - Design system - Development A system made to grow. We built the brand, design system and code with agents, rules and skills inside, so the Open Wearables team ships new pages on brand, with no developer in the loop. ### Tequipy Tequipy: Website for its €3M seed round Tequipy home page: buy, deploy, retrieve and redeploy company devices in 180+ countries Tequipy: device delivery anywhere in the world, and why distributed teams choose it Tequipy: a customer testimonial beside the hours and delivery rates it reports Tequipy: the full device lifecycle, the Slack support channel and the terms - Branding - Web design - Development We built a complete brand and a Webflow site the team runs itself, from new pages to posts. Live in time for the €3M seed round led by Smedvig Ventures, with Manta Ray and Unfold.vc. ### Incro Incro: Repositioned to win international CFOs Incro home page: your finance infrastructure, deployed in weeks, not quarters Incro: the hand-off or stay choice, and results for finance teams that can't afford messy data Incro: what we deploy, in three categories of finance operations Incro: one source of truth for AI, and Big4 finance expertise with AI-native engineering - Strategy - Web design - Development New positioning for an AI finance firm backed by Catch the Tornado, aimed at international CFOs. We turned it into a site that speaks their language, from the first headline to every page. ### ToriiPay ToriiPay: One site that sells to businesses and banks ToriiPay home page: get paid instantly, not eventually ToriiPay: instant settlement, and one infrastructure for businesses and banks ToriiPay: handle any payment your business needs, at lower processing costs ToriiPay: start accepting instant payments in three simple steps - Strategy - Web design - Development We took ToriiPay's website from strategy to launch, with one clear story for both sides: businesses that want to get paid in seconds, and banks that want to offer SEPA Instant to their clients. When to reach out ## Most teams come to us when the site falls behind the company. Something changed, and the website stayed the same. [Book a call](https://cal.com/brian-woloszczak/30min) 01 ### You've repositioned, but the site hasn't Your sales team pitches the new story. The homepage still pitches the one from last year. 02 ### You're moving upmarket Enterprise buyers read the site before the first call, and their security team reads it after. 03 ### A raise or a launch is coming The date is set, and investors, press and new buyers will all land on the site that same week. 04 ### Your team is stuck waiting on developers A new marketing lead wants to move fast, but every new page still needs a developer and a ticket. Your options ## Picking who builds your site is a real choice. Every column has good studios, they just make different trade-offs. | Question | Design studio | Dev shop | | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | The message | Yours to bring to the kickoff | Whatever the brief says | Worked out with you, in writing, first | | Starting point | How the site should look | A finished design | Your go-to-market: who buys, why, and what each page has to do | | What you get | A good-looking site | A site that matches the design file | A site your sales team sends buyers to, and the system to grow it | | After launch | The studio, on a new quote | A developer, when there's time | Your team on its own, or us alongside | | The stack | Whatever their dev partner uses | The one they always build on | Astro, Webflow or custom, picked for your team | Founders ## The people you meet on the call stay on the project Karolina Klimza and Brian Woloszczak, side by side ### Karolina Klimza Works out the strategy with you, then leads everything visual, from the identity to the design system. We price every project individually, based on what the site has to do and how much of it we build. After a first call, you get a clear quote for the scope we agree on. ### How long does it take? Most projects take 4 to 6 weeks from the first workshop to launch. Bigger sites, more languages or a full rebrand take longer, and we'll tell you that up front. ### Can we hire you for just one part, like strategy or design? Yes. Each service works on its own, and the strategy is complete enough for any team to build from. Most clients take all three, because each one builds on the one before. ### We already have positioning. Do we still need the strategy work? Usually a shorter version of it. Positioning tends to live in decks written at different times that don't quite agree. We pull it into one plan a website can be built from, and skip what's already settled. ### Do you write the copy? We set the direction: the key messages, the structure of every page and the words to use or avoid. Then we write the copy and hand it to your team as a draft, ready for review. ### Astro, Webflow or custom: how do you choose the stack? We pick it with you, based on who will run the site. Most teams now go custom on Astro, a great fit for a marketing site, so they can work on it directly with their own agent, like Claude or Codex. Webflow still suits teams that want to edit visually. On another platform today? We'll migrate it. ### Can our team update the site without you? Yes, that's how we build it. Your team gets the CMS, the design system and the training to add new pages on its own. ### What happens after launch? You choose. Run the site yourself with everything handed over, or keep us on in your Slack for new pages, sections and changes as the business moves.
